These terms govern access to the website allaccessconciergerie.com (the “Website”) and to the customer area, published by ALL ACCESS CONCIERGERIE COMMERCE – FZCO (“All Access”), whose details appear in the Legal Notice. Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms. The sale of tickets is governed by the Terms of Sale; travel services by the Travel & Concierge Terms.
Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters, or the use of a sign-in link sent by e-mail. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. All Access may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent or abusive use or use contrary to these terms.
Access to the private sale is reserved for customers holding a personal access code or an invitation. Codes are personal, non-transferable and may be limited in number of uses or in time. The offers listed there are subject to the Terms of Sale.
Luxury items (clothing, bags, accessories). The items offered in the private sale are authentic and come from lawful channels; All Access is an independent reseller with no connection to the fashion houses mentioned (Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc.), whose trade marks remain the property of their owners. Each listing states the condition of the item (new, new with tags, excellent, very good), its size, its material and the items supplied (dust bag, box, original invoice where applicable). Reserving an item constitutes a request; the sale is concluded upon written confirmation of the price, availability and handover arrangements. New items benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity; for pre-owned items, the description serves as the reference and the item is taken back in the event of non-conformity identified within 14 days of handover.
A request submitted via the Website (tickets, flight, hotel, concierge) is not an order: it gives rise to a proposal from All Access, valid subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No payment is required at this stage.
The Website, its visual identity, its texts and its logo are the property of All Access. Artist and event images come from official ticketing platforms and organisers and remain the property of their rights holders; they are displayed for information purposes. The trade marks mentioned belong to their owners; All Access is an independent reseller, not affiliated with the organisers.
All Access endeavours to ensure continuous access to the Website but cannot guarantee it. Event information (dates, times, venues) is taken from official sources and may change; users are advised to check it on their ticket. All Access is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the Website.
By creating an account, the user agrees to receive the e-mails necessary for the operation of the service (registration confirmation, account security, request tracking). Marketing communications and WhatsApp messages are sent only with the user’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time from their account or by replying STOP.
The user may request deletion of their account at any time by writing to [email protected] or from their customer area. Data required for legal and accounting obligations is retained for the periods stated in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought; failing that, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
