Seller Terms

The seller area is opening soon. These terms will apply to authorised professional sellers.

1. Eligibility

Only verified professional sellers holding Tickets of traceable origin may publish listings. All Access verifies identity and supporting documents before activation.

2. Delivery obligations

The seller shall deliver Tickets conforming to the listing no later than the delivery date it has declared and, in any event, before the event.

3. Penalties

Breach	Penalty
Cancellation by the seller or non-delivery	Cost of the replacement Tickets purchased by All Access for the buyer, plus a fee of 20% of the sale price; where no replacement is made, 20% of the sale price.
Delivery after the declared date	5% of the sale price per 24-hour period of delay, capped at 20%.
Non-conforming Tickets (lower category, undisclosed separated seats)	Price difference refunded to the buyer, plus 10% of the sale price.
Invalid or fraudulent Tickets	Full refund of the buyer at the seller’s expense, plus 30% of the sale price, and suspension of the account.

Penalties are deducted from sums owed to the seller or charged to the registered payment method. The seller is paid after the event, once the complaint period has expired. Repeated breaches result in suspension or closure of the account.

4. Force majeure

No penalty is payable where the breach results from the cancellation of the event or from a duly substantiated case of force majeure.
