All Access Conciergerie is not an airline, a carrier, a hotelier or a travel agency. For flights, hotels, transfers and related services, it acts solely as an intermediary: it receives the Customer’s request, forwards it to a partner travel agency, then presents the corresponding proposal to the Customer.
Airline tickets and hotel bookings are issued by the partner agency or directly by the airline or the establishment, which are solely responsible for their performance. The name of the provider issuing the service and its conditions (baggage, changes, cancellation, refund) are communicated to the Customer before any confirmation. The airline’s general conditions of carriage and the establishment’s terms apply.
Schedules, availability and fares displayed on the website (in particular those sourced from travel data providers) are given for information only; only the written proposal sent to the Customer is binding.
The advertised discount (from 30% to 60%) corresponds to fares obtained by our partners; it applies exclusively to Business and First Class; it is calculated against the airline’s public fare observed on the date of the proposal, for the same cabin and the same flights. It does not apply to Economy or Premium Economy. It applies to flights of at least 4 hours’ duration (long-haul: Middle East, the Americas, Africa, Indian Ocean, etc.), excluding East and South-East Asia, subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Shorter flights are offered at the best available fare, with no guaranteed discount. A fare is guaranteed only once the airline ticket has been issued.
All requests are free and without obligation. Each request gives rise to a written proposal (via WhatsApp and/or in the customer area) detailing the provider, schedules, total price and the cancellation and change conditions. If the requested service is unavailable and the Customer has agreed to this, an equivalent alternative may be offered; it binds the Customer only once they have expressly agreed to it. The booking becomes binding only after the Customer’s written acceptance of the proposal, payment, and issuance of the ticket or booking by the provider.
Where a booking combines at least two types of travel service (for example, flight and hotel) for the same trip, it may constitute a package or a linked travel arrangement within the meaning of the applicable regulations (in particular Directive (EU) 2015/2302 for travellers resident in the European Union). In that case, the proposal states which professional acts as organiser, responsible for the proper performance of the package, and the protection available to the Customer in the event of that organiser’s insolvency. All Access does not act as a travel organiser.
The cancellation and change conditions of the airlines and hotels apply and are stated in the proposal. In the event of delay, cancellation or denied boarding, the Customer may be entitled to the rights provided for by Regulation (EC) No 261/2004; these rights are exercised against the carrier; All Access assists the Customer with the relevant steps. No right of withdrawal applies to transport and accommodation services provided on a specific date.
The Customer is responsible for the validity of their identity documents, visas and health formalities.
