Tickets are sold by ALL ACCESS CONCIERGERIE COMMERCE – FZCO (“All Access”), a Dubai free zone company registered under no. 84110 with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (licence no. 90882), IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All Access is a ticket reseller: it sells tickets in its own name. It is not the organiser of the events and is not affiliated with the organisers, unless stated otherwise on the offer.
These terms apply to ticket purchases made by private individuals aged 18 or over on allaccessconciergerie.com, whatever their country. You accept them by ticking the box provided before payment.
Each offer states the event, date, venue, category or area, number of seats and expected delivery date.
The price of a ticket may be higher than its face value (the price printed by the organiser). When we know it, the face value is shown.
Seats are sold by category or area and may be located anywhere within the category purchased. They are together only if the offer says so (“seats together” or “in pairs”: in the latter case, only the seats of the same pair are next to each other). Our category names may differ from the organiser's; the seating plan shows where categories are, not a specific seat.
We may replace the planned seats with seats in the same or a better category, at no extra cost.
The displayed price is the total price per ticket, service fees included, taxes included where applicable. No fee is added at payment, except options you choose yourself.
You can display prices in euros, dollars, dirhams or pounds sterling. Conversion is indicative: the amount and currency you pay are those of the order summary. Your bank may apply its own exchange fees.
You choose the event, category and number of tickets, enter your details, check the summary (event, date, seating, quantity, total price), accept these terms, then pay by card through the secure payment offered at the end of the order.
The order is final once payment is accepted; you then receive an e-mail confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud, obvious pricing error or a previous dispute with you. You are then refunded in full.
Tickets are delivered electronically (printable e-ticket, mobile ticket or transfer to the organiser's official app, for example the UEFA or FIFA apps, which you must then install and register on) or, exceptionally, by hand at a meeting point agreed with you. The format may change after your order (for example an e-ticket replaced by a mobile ticket) if the organiser requires it, at no extra cost.
Many organisers only release tickets a few days, or even a few hours, before the event. The expected delivery date is shown when you order.
Give us a valid e-mail address and WhatsApp number, and check your messages until the event. For hand delivery, give us the exact address (including hotel) no later than 5 days before the event. We are not responsible if delivery is impossible because of incorrect or incomplete details.
Dates, times and venues may be changed by the organiser: check them on your ticket and with the organiser before travelling. You must comply with the venue rules and the organiser's conditions (ID checks, prohibited items…). A named ticket is issued in the name you give us; depending on the organiser, a name change may be impossible or charged. We are not responsible for a refusal of entry due to your behaviour or a breach of these rules.

These commitments do not apply if you have resold or transferred your tickets to someone else. Other costs (travel, hotel) are not refunded unless booked with us, except where we are at fault. If an exceptional event beyond our control prevents delivery of the tickets, you are refunded.
Outside these cases, our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of serious fault on our part and subject to mandatory provisions of the law of your country.
Tickets give access to an event on a specific date: they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the cases set out in article 7. Travel, concierge services and the private sale have their own conditions.
Write to us at [email protected]: for a ticket issue, within 7 days of receiving them and no later than 48 hours after the event. We reply within 7 working days and first seek an amicable solution. All Access does not currently belong to a consumer mediation scheme.
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you live in another country, you keep the protections that your country's law gives consumers and may bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
